1. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

  • Location: Remote/Headquarters
  • Department: Technology & Innovation
  • Responsibilities: Oversee the technology infrastructure, manage platform development, ensure cybersecurity, and lead the tech team in the development of trading platforms.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in FinTech or stock exchange technology.
    • Expertise in blockchain technology, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.

2. Head of Regulatory Compliance

  • Location: Headquarters
  • Department: Compliance & Legal
  • Responsibilities: Lead regulatory approval processes, ensure compliance with global financial regulations, and manage AML/KYC policies.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial regulation or compliance roles.
    • Deep knowledge of global financial regulations, especially concerning digital assets and exchanges.

3. Marketing Director

5. Institutional Sales Manager

6. Global Public Relations Officer

  • Responsibilities: Develop and execute global PR strategies, manage media relations, and enhance the Stock Exchange’s brand reputation.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, particularly in financial services or digital assets.

Post-Launch Job Openings

After the official launch of the Central Ura-based Stock Exchange in 2025, we will be expanding our team to ensure smooth operations and sustained growth. Below are some key roles that will be essential for the post-launch phase.

1. Head of Trading Operations

  • Responsibilities: Oversee daily trading operations, manage trading compliance, and maintain market supervision.

2. Data Scientist – Market Analytics

  • Location: Remote/Headquarters
  • Department: Data & Research
  • Responsibilities: Analyze trading data, market trends, and investor behavior. Build predictive models to optimize trading strategies.
  • Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in finance.

Proficiency in Python, R, and other statistical tools for financial data analysis.

Clerical and Administrative Positions

1. Executive Assistant
